For circular locating rings, equipment bases and positioning interfaces, JingZhan manufactures coordinated plastic parts built around the customer’s assembly and performance requirements. Tooling decisions are tied to the real assembly, including critical datums, visible surfaces, clips, bosses, ports and other functional interfaces.

During DFM and mold development, particular attention is given to concentric ring and bore geometry, flat base surfaces and stable mounting points, and repeatable fit with handles, housings and mating equipment. Material options include PA, POM, PP, ABS, PC/ABS, TPE and reinforced engineering resins selected for the operating load. Final resin selection is confirmed against the customer’s functional, appearance, compliance and cost requirements.
